There's a huge difference between a tragic part of life known as genetic/chromosome damage and willingly mauling one's own body to become the opposite sex even the genes and chromosomes are normal. If the pharm and medical industry actually used their time to work on genetic/chromosome damage and defects instead of selfish sex changes then maybe those problems can actually be fixed sooner than later.

Genetic mutations don’t disprove the science you are born male or female except for rare genetic mutation that are part of evolutionary theory.
