SENATORS represent an entire state. REPRESENTATIVES represent a district. The only place that a Representative represents an entire state are those states that have such a small population that they only have one Representative (Alaska, Delaware, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Vermont, and Wyoming).

Yeah, I read that they're essentially spending 2X more per month per homeless person than what it would cost to rent a one bedroom apartment. Nothing like the make work (for government employees) programs that take taxpayers' money and use it as TP.
