Yes, it’s gonna probably be like influenza. If you’re resisting getting vaccinated because you’re worried about profits of big pharma, I don’t think not getting the vaccine is going to make any difference since it costs you nothing - except maybe taxes that you pay weather or not you get vaccinated.

No, just making a point. Has nothing to do with that. Let's say I have little trust in pharmaceutical companies putting caution over profits, especially with this.

I totally understand being apprehensive about the vaccine. If I were younger and not living with someone in a high risk group, I might have waited longer to get vaccinated. But I believe the risks of getting Covid far outweigh the risks of the vaccine.

I don’t think the pharmaceutical companies are untrustworthy. They did the best they could in a relatively short timeframe. Sure, we could all wait 5 years or more to see what long term side effects they might cause. But we already know the short term and many long term effects of Covid and the vaccines seem to be the safest approach.
