I don't understand how that tracks. Jan 6th is being blamed on Trump. It's the year and more of rioting across the nation that should be blamed on this administration and those that create the same policies for the cities/states they oversee.

The rioting wasn't the result of any administration per se but came as a result of policies preached by "Progressives" and their Democrat lapdogs; that's not me trying to sling insults, it's just the truth.

Just so that you're aware, I was speaking in the present tense as the riots are on-going. Oddly enough, peace and harmony didn't spontaneously materialize after Trump left office. I'm going to assume you don't know about the riots that are still occurring because of the sources of news you watch/listen to. You need to watch ALL the news from multiple sources - preferably coving both sides of the argument - or you'll only get less than a fraction of the information... and it will be heavily biased.

I don't understand. How would I know what sources of news you watch/listen to? I assure you, I'm not a stalker. It was merely a supposition based on you seemingly not being aware of on-going riots. I could be wrong but you chalking it up to "[Biden] wasn't inaugurated until 2021" leads be to believe as I previously stated.

If, however, you're going to tell me that you sample from a wide selection, that would make you not knowing about the continued rioting all the more alarming to me! Clearly, your wide selection isn't wide enough, if that is the case. If it's just that you don't care for some reason, then that's a separate issue that we can discuss... but again, I would say it's because of Progressive (and Democrat, by proxy) policies.

I advocated for a wide scoop when it comes to news sources because they're all lying, biased pieces of shit. One needs to dig in and pick out the kernels of truth from the steaming piles they publish and then do MORE research to get any semblance of a clear picture. Those that do not are less informed and make decisions based on that relative level of information... which is not hugely beneficial for anyone.

Again... I could be wrong about all of this... but then I would also be confused about your flippant, side-step of a response. You understand the policies and positions of the current administration (the administration that was proselytizing their beliefs on the campaign trail long before getting into office)/Progressives/Democrats... so how are they not responsible? Not in any way? Really?

However, I never actually specified which news sources or what side of the political spectrum their biases favor. Though given the topic, I can understand why you would say "left-leaning"... they're staying as far away from covering it as possible.

I too am a Liberal... classical... the original Coke. I don't like people using the word Liberal to describe the ideals being espoused currently in the political discourse when it's Progressive policies (ironically enough) that are spurring most of this division. It's tough being a Liberal these days... it's lonely in the middle... happy to have met you.

I'm also happy to hear that we agree that most, if not all, news these days is being shat out by partisan hacks. And to be honest... knowing that is half the battle (que GI Joe theme song).

As was understood with his deal with the Taliban and agreement to withdraw US troops from Afganistan and his almost 2nd go at war with Iran, of which nuclear bombing seemed to be on his table.

The view being that in the very least they would have left a helluva mess for the incoming administration (of which he had been denying the transition team intel),
and at most would provide yet another vector for a power grab, or even worse, nuke Iran because of the hostages apparently they've still been holding since 1979 in lala land.
