The recount may have been a mistake. What Trump should've done was what Optimus Prime did in the third Transformer's movie - 'stepped off the stage' for a bit and let the humans reap what they sowed when they made that deal with the Decepticons.

Trump should've just quietly accepted the defeat then come back like a hurricane for 2024.
