Almost. CA Prop 209 was voted down by a margin of approx. 15%... meaning the ability for government and business to discriminate based on race, sex, ethnicity, etc. was NOT implemented. It IS, however, freakin hilarious that those idiots would even try to pass the proposition.
It almost gives me hope that my fellow Californians aren't as stupid as they seem. Still... 47% of the voting base DID vote for it... so there's that. Nearly half of us are borderline, mentally retarded it would seem.
