He's the guy who forced mask mandates on Texans and then after the pandemic was essentially over, made the decree that no one will be forced to wear masks. Yeah, where were you 12 months ago, idiot?

I'm pretty sure Texans were willing to use state money to continue building the wall when Biden stopped it federally.
