Meanwhile, republicans (smaller government) passing laws in a State that now limits what a local community can amd cannot do within its community, you know such as mask mandates (which arent laws BTW). OR pass laws saying what can and cannot be done while waiting in line to vote (smaller government?)

Yeah, the state legislatures are the ones that legally determine how we vote, so nothing to see here.

Mask mandates are illegal. Read the bill of rights and realize that executive orders only affect federal employees. You can't be forced to wear a mask until you are brought before a judge and a jury of your peers deems it necessary on an individual basis.

Yup State legislation, means STATE LAWS. You are already forced to wear shoes and a shirt to get into the courthouse, that must be unconstitutional too, then.

Actually they are illegal and you can sue them for it. Read the constitution. Go to the courthouse without a shirt on for a court appearance take a video of the guard stopping you from entering and when they try to say "no show" you file criminal charges for obstruction of justice for all involved.
