I was actually wondering if the meme had a deeper meaning behind the picture, the use of this, and the flag that I wasn't getting. I kind of assumed it was bad grammar, but I wasn't sure. I thought maybe there was subtlety I wasn't picking up. I tend to be literal, so it happens.
