The only reason I know about qanon is because I follow the shenanigans going on over at 4chan.
These are the jokers who started the "OK hand sign is racist" meme (that the libs totally fell for) and trolled Shia LaBeouf over his stupid flag for months and months (once using constellations and flight records to locate the flag in the middle of a field with no landmarks)
Paying attention to highly motivated trolls pays off more often than not - but you have to be able to read between the breadcrumbs (intentionally mixing metaphors) to determine if what you're reading is the planning of the troll, or the execution of the troll.
The few times I've engaged in an argument over the execution of qanon have yielded no result.
Tard: But qanon said XYZ - what do you have to say about that?
Me: They're trolls, you're being trolled, they're trolling you
Tard: How can you say that, they're conservatives like you
Me: They're professional trolls, and their target audience is you
Tard: It's real, they really believe it
Me: Here's a link to them planning the OK hand sign hoax that the media is still repeating - they don't believe it, they're laughing at you
