I'm not sure if this qualifies as Leftist terrorism but I can see where you're going with it. Shame about Steinle and the outcome. Its a further shame that nothing was done to prevent it happening again. It's a further, further shame that Steinle's parents are fans of sanctuary cities and the nothing they did about their daughter's death.

Meh... I guess if you get what you vote for. Can't wait for San Francisco to defund their police further... maybe the funds can be reallocated to their "Poop Patrol"?

I mean he did do it accidentally, I think it is tragic, but it's not the Democrat's fault. Not entirely at least. And if 1 death is bad, which it definitely is horrible, then 500,000 deaths are 500,000 times worse right?

I think the point that was being made was that it could've been avoided if he wasn't released because of Democrat policies... along the lines of "but for Democrat policies, Steinly wouldn't have died". The liability of that causal link is tenuous due to other, unmentioned factors but fair enough in general terms. I agree that it's a very broad argument though, like saying the sun is bad because of melanoma. It's a true but incomplete statement.

I also agree that death is usually the most undesirable outcome... especially undeserved or unwarranted death. I disagree that death is always an undesirable outcome.

That's true. Unfortunately cherry picked statements such as these are present on both sides, and that's part of the partisanship led on by Donald Trump and the media.
