Spread a ton of blue pills around and hope they go woke

bash your head on a wall until you pass out

exterminate the frogs

throw a grenade in the pond

You can try to listen to them to help you sleep, maybe count their croaks like sheep. Or you can take a sleeping pill (be carful to not take to much)
