Turns out, if you pay people, they're willing to work. The GM has said that with the wage increase, they have very little turnover, higher levels of customer support, and more business.

Quite right. I wouldn't take my car to a shop with mechanics working for minimum wage. It's just common sense.

what if the minimum wage was $23/hr (which it should be had it been increased along with inflation etc over the last 30 years or so)
