No disagreement there, but I think we differ on who we believe should be deciding those consequences and how. The Bible says "Speak and act as those who are going to be judged by the law that gives freedom, because judgment without mercy will be shown to anyone who has not been merciful. Mercy triumphs over judgment!" (James 2:12-13, see also Romans 2:1-4) When we condemn others for not yet being perfected, it is ourselves that we are really condemning. Otherwise God gladly weighs hearts and intention rather than just actions and weaknesses.
And who are you or anyone else to decide that racism is the unforgivable sin? As Jesus said in John 8:7, "If any of you is without sin, let him be the first to throw a stone." For "How can you say to your brother, 'Let me take the speck out of your eye,' when all the time there is a plank in your own eye?" (Matthew 7:4). We must first be refined by God so we can have clear vision to judge properly. Cancel culture, conversely, is a movement of the blind pridefully making themselves the law-writers, witnesses, judge, jury, and executioners.
