I think he is talking more about situations like Ilan Omar, where she says one thing and the whole machine comes at her.

I'm all for people being able to speak what they believe whether it against Israel or Islam.

Criticism of Israel or Jews isn’t the question. All are free to do so and all are free to suffer the consequences that may bring as is the case with all speech. As long as it isn’t governmental censorship.
