The guy who told Coke employees to be "less white" also told Coke that their attorneys were not diverse enough and they needed to hire more black attorneys. When the backlash to Coke hit after that guy telling Coke employees to be something they can't, Coke fired him.
I'm guessing Coke employees can be themselves now.
