It's gotta vary from state to state (which should make you think what's the point) because where I live (mich.) You haven't needed a mask outside this whole time just in stores, in fact we never really even "locked down" I mean it was reccomended but in all honesty traffic during the whole "lockdown" seemed even thicker than normal
