No problem, I got what you meant and am just giving you grief because people here can be horridly annoying about taking some of what you say at face value, formulating an entire profile of you about that, and then choosing to ignore other stuff you say in your own defense...
To answer, I am an unregistered moderate independent and vary by issue. When it comes to general government I'm definitely a, "We need a strong military, basic welfare and civil services, and little else." conservative, but when it comes to climate or a lot of social values I'm very much a liberal. Anything else I try to take issue by issue, which means I wind up typing a LOT of long-winded explanations here...lol
To your point: I can't find anything about Norway that is actually socialist though. They're definitely more progressive than we here in America, but that's not saying much; your average American liberal is still pretty conservative by world standards.
