Just a quick history book fact for you: The KKK was an arm of the Democrat Party.

I hope this tidbit educates you a little before you post your next meme.

That is all.

And, as we all know, the history of America stopped in 1957.

No, it wasn't.

Not that has any relevance on Chauvin's conviction on 3 counts.

Oof, hopefully you didn’t pay for that education. A quick search on Google would confirm this factual.

And you’re right, it should have nothing to do with Chauvin or his conviction. Take that up with OPs “RepubliKKKlan” comment.

Take a minute to read.

False.

Learn some history from something other than some oxy snorting QAnon blithering Putin paid Alt Reicher on YouTube.

Okay genius; because you apparently can’t do your own research - and I feel bad for you - I’ll give you a brief history lesson. Maybe you can share this with your history teachers that failed to mention this stuff to you while in school.

“Founded in 1865, the Ku Klux Klan (KKK) extended into almost every southern state by 1870 and became a vehicle for white southern resistance to the Republican Party’s Reconstruction-era policies aimed at establishing political and economic equality for Black Americans.”

“For its part, the Ku Klux Klan dedicated itself to an underground campaign of violence against Republican leaders and voters (both Black and white) in an effort to reverse the policies of Radical Reconstruction and restore white supremacy in the South.”

Some notable members of the KKK:

Woodrow Wilson (D); 28th president of the United States had ties and was influenced by the KKK in 1910s-1920s.

Hugo Black (D); Supreme Court Justice said all Puerto Rican’s should be considered “black” under southern law in 1920s.

Robert Byrd (D); Senator of W. Virginia and great friend of Joe Biden.

David Duke (D); Grand Wizard of the KKK who only after losing a presidential bid as a democrat changed party affiliation to Republican.

Senators Bilbo (D), Brown (D), Gordon (D), Morgan (D), and Pettus (D) were also known KKK members.

Out of 11 governors, 16 senators, and 75 congressmen - I could count the number of republican KKK members on two hands.

You forgot one.
Aaaaaaand like Donnyboy, da was a Democrat too, yaah?

ooh, that's a basic tl;dr dodge fest you posted there.
Famous KKK members who were also Democrats.
Cept we're not talking Hall of Famers, of which you just so happend to plumb run out of room for the GOP's (and others) share, the current source of KKK material.

You posted not a smidgen of copypaste to so much as even hint at this.
I told you it was false and you (surprise!) failed to even try to attempt disprove that it was false.

btw, David Duke is currently a Republican again, as as such endorsed Donald Trump in 2016.

The KKK also endorsed Trump in 2016.

What party is Trump again?

Thanks for playing!

Laterz....

Uh? The whole post was how the KKK has democratic political interests over the years - you just want to overlook it. By the way, the (D) is for democrat - just in case you didn’t catch that with your below average reading comprehension.

I mentioned David Duke, you dunce. He was a Democrat and only switched to republican AFTER losing the election bid. Again, you would have seen that in my post if you cared to read it.

Anyone can “endorse” someone, you’d have to accept and acknowledge the endorsement. Do you have valid proof that in 2016, Donald Trump accepted the KKKs endorsement?

Know who also was endorsed by the KKK? Harry S. Truman - 33rd president of the United States. What party was he again?

And as far as Fred Trump is concerned, you should look into it further as the article does not say Trump's father was a member or supporter of the KKK and he was discharged.

So nice try with your BlueAnon theories.

Looking at my post, your reference to Truman caught my eye.

The same Truman who in 1948 desegregeted the Military.
The same Truman who in 1948 introduced a civil rights plank which set it en route to being its main proponent while the Republican Party became its main opposition.

Notice the election map where those values lay.

As a result of the plank, the '48 Convention saw the cleaving of the DNC, with Dixiecrats centering around Strom Thurmond who stormed out. You can see how he did with his new party on the map as well - centered in the South, of course.

You are aware of what happened since, yes?

Post it already.
Oh that's right, you didn't because you can't.

Duke endoresed Trump again in 2020, as well as did every other right wing zagnut out there. Even the Taliban endorsed him.

Making American Hate Again, Don the Con style!

Ignore it all you want - the Democratic Party will always be historically known for The Confederacy, KKK, Jim Crow, Woodrow Wilson; FDRs plan to set blacks back 100 years, etc etc.

So get use to being a member of the racist party, friend.

The Democratic party changed in the 1960's when they embraced the Civil Rights movement.

It’s funny you say they switched, yet consider this - FDR put blacks under the welfare state in the 30s-40s, the same welfare state that Democrats support today. Free medicine, housing, cell phones - you name it.

Notice how the Democrats are doing that for illegals now? They are doing that because they know they are losing the black vote again - just as FDR predicted. In 2020, Trump proved this by gaining black voters over his 2016 election win.

Time to conjure up another voter base as black people are no longer needed by the racist democratic party. Used up and tossed aside.

So at which point did they switch again?

"It’s funny you say they switched, yet consider this - FDR put blacks under the welfare state in the 30s-40s, the same welfare state that Democrats support today. Free medicine, housing, cell phones - you name it."

Welfare is not race exclusive. Most people recieving aid are white.
But you knew that already.

"Notice how the Democrats are doing that for illegals now?

No, they're not. Illegals aren't eligible for such, with the possible exception of access to free medical care in NYC which dunderhead DuhBlasio has proposed for all in need.
