JFC... when I hear MTG talking about promoting Anglo Saxon ideologies, that I first heard about when I was in Grade 5 - decades ago - and at that time had no idea what the hell a classmate was even talking about and had to ask my parents what that meant, I knew that type of ignorant, unquestioning and prejudical mindset was nothing I would ever subscribe to in my lifetime, even if I was someone who was deemed to be 'white' and from a historically 'Anglo Saxon' heritage.

Promoting diversity and inclusion is just as ignorant.

Care to explain how?

Do you eat whatever you see? Do you plan things in your garden indiscriminately and hope for the best? Do you believe in a flat tax?

Doing things without thought or purpose is the definition of ignorance.

There is thought and purpose behind promoting diversity though. It's about facing facts of the reality of our modern day world and is designed to educate others and broaden perspectives such that they gain greater acceptance and understanding of those who are different from oneself, while trying to reduce and/or eliminate racial, social and/or religious prejudices in society.

But you will never eliminate prejudice, not are prejudices are bad such as being against child marriage, slavery or rape which is embedded in some cultures and some cultures have no inclinations of gaining a greater understanding of others nor would they ever work with other groups or assimilate for our common ideals.

Pretending you can throw everything at the wall and make a piece of art is ludicrous.

Granted racial, religous, etc prejudices will never be erradicated completely because there will always be those in any given society who perceives anyone who doesn't think, act, or look like them to be a threat. That doesn't mean however, they actually are. Personally, I tend to evaluate people based on their character (or lack thereof) rather than the color of their skin, where they originally hail from, or their religious or political affilation.

So what you're saying is that you haven't reexamined your political beliefs or seen any personal growth since you were brainwashed with liberal guilt in the 5th grade. Got it.

Rather nonsensical don't you think?

He doesn't. Think, that is.

He's posting that now on various memes because it looked so awesome when he first saw it on FB.
