I wasn't saying that there are no neighborhoods that have more white than black people, or vice versa. I was saying that there are no neighborhoods that one race owns. There are neighborhoods with more black or white people. But one single race doesn't own a neighborhood.

It implies that white people are racist, even when they're not. BLM states that racism is woven into white people's DNA.
