Not really how it works. Raydog has a following. No matter what he posts, it goes front page most of the time, so his memes, good and bad get points...a lot, but he also comments on every comment and upvotes everyone who comments. Those people upvote his comments in exchange and his comments on a meme actually gain him as much or more points than the meme itself. Plus...Raydog isn't an asshole, is courteous to almost everyone, and ignores negative posts. Who-am-I doesn't comment as much, but still makes it a point to thank people for their time. He also puts out a ton of memes across multiple streams, which help as well.
