Since my name is not Mr. Singh I cannot speak for them, nor do I care whether they do or not. I do not know much about their religion, I have spoken to a few, but the sword issue has not come up.

What else can I tell you, but that there is nothing in Indiana code about knives or swords, but interestingly enough there is a restriction on shuriirkens.

Now to be fair, the bottom knife is styled after military knives issued to commandos and front line assault troops. The knife has only one possible use: illegally executing prisoners of war. The unnecessary features such as full tang construction and multicolored handle have no possible advantages for civilian ownership.

Oh I know. I have a tanto-tip KA-BAR (in all black, no less), that certainly fits the bill of, "This weapon is impractical except for stabbing, which no civilian *should* need to do." So I'm a bit liable to take people seriously when they panic over knives. lol

Except the military spec KA-BAR, (the real one, not the Chinese ripoff you can buy on Amazon) is the perfect size and shape for dozens of common hunting, fishing & camping tasks.
Hense the problem with the 'assault weapons' conversation: you can't have an an actual productive conversation about it, because 75% of the people (including a lot of the politicians making the laws...) have zero clue what they're talking about. You can't discuss weapons with people who can't tell the difference between a Red Ryder bb gun and a 45/70 Gov't Marlin.

I bought mine direct from KA-BAR. Full tang, good steel (forget the grade because I'm not a metal expert, but it holds an edge very well). It's done everything from cutting my sandwich bread to hacking undergrowth while fishing.
