Not from personal knowledge, but I've heard people who follow such things say that black shooters have notoriously poor aim. A lot of woundings, relatively few fatalities.

If you see a mass shooting with 8 killed, two wounded? Probably a white guy. Two killed, eight wounded, probably a black guy.

this only happens in the northern part of cook county. any other part, you are basically safe.

As a Northern Illinoisan, I can confirm. every time I pass down south Chicago, its not always hood visibility down there, but the crimes come very night. Houses are very clumped together, and the buildings are old. Keep in mind, this is South Chicago/Cicero.
