No one mentioned cigarettes but you, but that too has been a contribution to death as well due to skyrocketting use, so thanks for that one.
And your bogus stance dismissing the impact of alcoholism was dismissed by my screenshot of a quick Google regarding the rise (and fall) of post-Soviet era alcohol consumption and its parallel with mortality rates - rates that have been recognized to be directly connected to it - one you are free to do as well for verification and entertaiment purposes.
