There are literally thousands of cases of voter fraud, interference, and manipulation being reviewed currently- multiple battleground states illegally changed election laws in 2020 which is enough legal cause for investigation on its own.

H.R.1 seeks to (unconstitutionally) federalize voter standards to eliminate voter id on a national level and implement automatic mail ballots- eliminate the filibuster(ending the final power held by minority parties in the senate -read that as the opposite of DEMOCRACY) and deny all federal funding to any state that fails to implement the new (unconstitutional) law.

But by all means. I'm sure the folks who question the 2020 election results are a bunch of idiots.

No it doesn't. The arbitrary changing of election law by unelected bureaucrats is illegal under Article 1 Section 4 of the US Constitution. This is an illegitimate Presidency.

That is actually good news!

If any election laws were changed without the proper procedures, I welcome the courts to challenge them. That does not mean every law changed, because of the pandemic, was unlawful.

Nor is it going to change the results of the election as many states counted these ballots separately until the individual state cases were thoroughly reviewed. I dunno if the grand total were counted in every state or if they didn’t total them until later but from what I understood, the battleground states in 2020 purposeful did not add the counted total of the questionable ballots until a court decision was made.

Powell's counsel went on to assert, "Such characterizations of the allegedly defamatory statements further support Defendants' position that reasonable people would not accept such statements as fact but view them only as claims that await testing by the courts through the adversary process."

The advocation was for voter integrity and verification.

And yet, the defamation lawsuits have begun and the Stop the Steal advocates are admitting their claims were baseless and not based on fact.
