Is that Mike Rounds from my home state of South Dakota? I wish he lost, not only because he's ridiculous, but also, his wife was sick at home. He probably should've taken care of her.

Yes, that is Senator Rounds and that is why he said DC can't be a state. They won't vote Republican.
