Private business can set their own rules - no shoes, no shirt, no service - so, no mask can also be their rule. Don't go to their damn business if you don't want to wear shoes. You don't stand there and argue with them. It's their right, they own the business. Spend your money where the shoeless eat.

However their rules they make can't threaten the safety of their employees and customers. They also can't charge a surcharge that isn't legal. Asking questions or someone disagreeing for a surcharge isn't legal. Requiring masks is a threat to the physical safety of business. Criminals love opportunities to get away with crimes. These Masks have been their opportunity because more then 90% of these lootings and robberies while in a mask have never been solved. These Masks rules have threaten public safety. Once this thing is over their will be masks being banned in public. Yes Berry you will be fined for wearing a mask in public.
