You can't get the stimulus without a social security number, aka illegals aren't getting it.

When a green card holder is convicted of a crime and is either awaiting removal, or is sent back to his/her home country, he/she no longer has status, is considered an illegal alien, and is mailed a stimulus check. Moreover, his/her spouse/kids is mailed a stimulus check as well. In fact, that’s one of the big differences between this bill and the other bills; mixed immigration status families now qualify.

The constitution, 14th amendment section 2, backed by the Supreme courts allow states to block criminals from voting if they so choose. Sorry if you like rapists and murderers deciding who is in power.

I am quite familiar with that part of Constitution. I wish they'd use section 3 though against some politicians. I am totally against rapists and murderers voting.
