I just watched this speech and President Biden did not say the "n-word." There was some slurring of speech. But you don't need take my word for it, go watch it for yourself. Listen to what he says. Given the setting and subject of the speech, the"n-word" would not fit the context. But as I said, go watch it for yourself.
