Yes, it’s true. It was in the 80s and apparently so tasteless that Limbaugh himself stopped the segment. I also wanted to back it up with video evidence but unfortunately a troll account by the name of MrDude has uploaded dozens of videos to hide any immediate video searches for the segment in question, assuming it physically exists.
