Do you realize that in a civil case, there is no verdict of "guilty"? There's only a verdict for a plaintiff or for a defendant. So claiming "guilty as charged" in the context of civil law is erroneous.

What you say is technically true but substantively false.

Since there is no "charging" in a civil proceeding, there is no possible "guilty as charged". There is also absolutely no indication that a court would find in favor of the hypothetical plaintiff that you are insinuating would come forward and sue Trump for some hypothetical tort.

Pharisees always try to avoid responsibility by legalistic technicality.

And Trumpistas make the original Pharisees look like Mother Theresa on steroids.

Trump is guilty as charged.

Considering that your entire meme is based on a legal conclusion, pointing out why that legal claim is false is hardly a pharisaic act. It's merely a correction of an unsupported claim.

The Senate's vote to convict was the most bipartisan vote in impeachment history.

And immediately after, Mitch McConnell issued a scathing condemnation.

If Republicans weren't such cowards - and Trump was such an autocratic bully - many more senators would have voted Trump "guilty."

I hope a shrewd reporter asks all the Republican senators (who voted to convict) how many of their fellows would've "voted Trump off the island" if there were a secret ballot.

You are free to argue that, if you choose; however, this doesn't rehabilitate the claim in your meme.

Total delusion. I was there. Nothing in his speech said do anything but make your voice heard. He even told people explicitly to be peaceful.

And that's exactly how we heard it. 99.9+% of us protested peacefully and were never even aware of anything going on inside.

Which proves that there was NO incitement.

PROVES it.

A half dozen DEMOCRATS, however, said REAL incitement inflammatory things before, and never took flak from the MSM.

Democrats did a REAL occupation during the Kavanaugh hearings of Congressional offices and did REAL threats and REAL vandalism, like a million worth or so.

And you probably never even heard squat about it on CNN and PBS and MSDNC.

REAL Trump people at the capitol were actually pulling the Antifa agents provocateurs off of the windows and shouting "Antifa!" at them. Most of the few regular people who went in did so because the tear gas people lobbed cannisters straight into the crowd, leaving them nowhere to go BUT inside.

Stop believing the shameless liars of the corporatocracy's media. They don't know HOW to tell the truth.

Astounding how easily gullible people fall for it without seeing the real agenda.

You are being lied to by terrified corrupt people who know their days are numbered. May I again say, kindly transcend "party" and wake up.

Of all of the videos that I have seen, and not the media ones, not one can you hear ANTIFA. All I ever heard was TRUMP TOLD US TO BE HERE. We were invited by Trjmp. OUR PRESIDENT SAID TO BE HERE. Weak minds are a dangerous, as we have all witnessed. Of only Trumpy would have told them get out there and vote, but he didnt, he only talked about fraud and how it was rigged. That is how you end up with 10% of the republicans that were arrested at the capital, DIDNT VOTE.

In recent years, right wing standards of truth in these "United" States have been substantially eroded by QAnonsense.

During my 1950s' childhood, any weirdo-relative living in an in-law apartment would have become a candidate for "insane asylum committal" as soon as s/he started spewing the kind of lunatic ideation that consumes Trump Cult, a coven of crazies who subscribe to QAnon, a new secular religion with its own messiah (i.e., Donald Trump) and its own resurrection (i.e., John Kennedy Jr. is not dead).

And that's just the beginning.

Tom Hanks, Oprah Winfrey and Hillary Clinton are members of a vast Hollywood (and Democratic Party) cabal which operates a massive sex slave trade that also kills children, cannibalizing them in Satanic blood rituals.

"Democrats did a REAL occupation during the Kavanaugh hearings of Congressional offices and did REAL threats and REAL vandalism, like a million worth or so."

Why didn't the Trump administration bring indictment against these vandals, unless they were derelict in their duty?

Why didn't American "conservatives" demand that Trump hold them accountable?

In similar vein...

If there is a supposed mountain of evidence proving that prominent Democrats and Hollywood celebrities operate a massive child sex trade ring, why was there no round-up of these criminals?

Why was there no "Storm" before Trump left office?

If what QAnonsensical "conservatives" allege is true, then Trump was again derelict in his duty to uphold the constitution and enforce the law. Instead he let "the worst of the worst" go free.

Three words: controlled informational channels.

File me in the steadfast category. I'd explain some of the backstory and the tie to the Tennessee RV, but I think it'd pop your head, so fine. Quis habet aures audiendi, audiat.

If you could reason with Trump supporters, they wouldn't be Trump supporters.
