Or he's still technically in power due to continuity of government directives in the patriot act which do not allow for elections when a state of emergency is in place. Which were never rescinded after 911 and the patriot acts passing into law. So there is no constitution as written in play at this time. So many anomalies having occurred already in this Biden Administration one would have to think something legally is out of play at this time.
Probably many things are being factored into holding this 2nd impeachment and not just stopping him in the future.

I can see things in front of my face just fine - as well as or better than you even perhaps.

The difference being, I also see things by design well concealed from both of us.

You need not agree.

Impeachment is a duty; Trump incited a mob that almost got congressmembers and the damn VP killed on the day they were due to certify the election.

And as a matter of justice, Trump should be disqualified from further office-holding, but the GOP Senate are such partisan hacks it almost certainly won’t.

There is no way Trump wins again, not after this. But by all means, run him again in 2024 and see what happens. :)

Total delusion. I was there. Nothing in his speech said do anything but make your voice heard.

And that's exactly how we heard it. 99.9+% of us protested peacefully and were never even aware of anything going on.

Which proves that there was NO incitement.

A half dozen Dems said REAL incitement inflammatory things before, and never took flak from the MSM. Democrats did a REAL occupation during the Kavanaugh hearings of Congressional offices and did REAL threats and REAL vandalism, like a million worth or so.

And your @$$ probably never even heard squat about it on CNN and PBS and MSDNC.

REAL Trump people at the capitol were actually pulling the Antifa agents provocateurs off of the windows and shouting "Antifa!" at them. Most of the few regular people who went in did so because the tear gas people lobbed cannisters straight into the crowd.

Stop believing the shameless liars of the damned media. They don't know HOW to tell the truth.

And gullible people fall for it *smh*

You are being lied to by terrified corrupt people who know their days are numbered. Wake up.

I was at that thing. Its point was there have been capital crimes committed by the Deep Staters that you have not yet heard about.

Your attempt to connect this symbol with actual lawbreaking is dishonesty.

As you yourself know perfectly.

Capital crimes committed by deep-staters that Trump and his DOJ somehow never got around to prosecuting in 4 years in office

Too much time on the golf course?

Fair question. Time could conceivably yet provide an answer.

This guy, we've since been informed by the MAGA mob, was actually ANTIFA despite his longstanding and admitted affiliation with QAnon

In any other context he just looks like a lost Patriots fan

The more you know
1 up, 5y,

Trying to tie one nut to Qanon is ridiculous. Q never EVER said anything like go riot - and in fact exactly the opposite.

That's like saying Kavanaugh Congress offiices rioter X actually read the New York Times, so they're responsible, oooh ooh oooooh.

Intellectual honesty is clearly not your thing.

If you espouse a conspiracy that the federal government is overrun by Satanic cannibalistic pedophiles, you can't be all that surprised when a certain fraction of your most gullible adherents get frisky

And by most gullible adherents, we sadly have to consider all of them
0 ups, 5y
Hide your non sequitur all you want, it's there. Which means your argument falls.

On top of the ones that fell earlier, viz. the incitement etc. If you didn't see that happen, it's okay. I prefer to chat with those who actually grasp things like that, but thanks anyway.

A treasonous flag in the halls of Congress and quite few of you seem to care

An attempt was made by the MAGA mob to classify this gentleman as a Democrat, but they Googled the wrong guy

Liberal dishonesty.

One of those flags was tied to an Antifa-tied guy.

I saw TWO confederate flags - but MORE BLACK PEOPLE AT THE TRUMP RALLY THAN I COULD COUNT.

Sorry to burst your bubble.

I have seen very few black people in any of these photos, apart from the one or two comrades that the MAGA mob tried after the fact to frame as ANTIFA/BLM in another effort to deflect blame from themselves.

You must not be able to count that high

You're chump enough to believe that selective photography can be trusted.

But why believe somebody who was actually walking around on the ground, right?

I'm posting pictures of the Capitol Hill riot because the so-called peaceful rally at the White House that preceded it isn't so interesting or important. If everyone had been as peaceful as you, if Trump had given a normal speech rather than one filled with false allegations of a rigged election, urging his supporters to "take back the country" and pointing them in the direction of Pennsylvania Avenue and Congress, we wouldn't still be talking about it and Trump wouldn't be on trial for treason this week.

But if you were there as you say, and you snapped a few candids, and want to spin an opposite narrative, be my guest

Enlighten me!

Very interested to see photos of the more black people than you could supposedly count

I see statistics and significance are lost on you.

As are the thousands of credible accounts of fraud. One truck driver took pallets of dilled-out ballots from NY to PA, possibly amounting to 2-300,000. It's illegal to take even a BLANK ballot across state lines. And lots more accounts like that, with affadavits all behind them.

But stifle that right to freedom of opinion or expression with the Ministry of Truth, right? Nobody has the right to question or disagree, obviously.

I actually did take one shot of a bunch of people specifically wearing BLACKS FOR TRUMP together up toward the left of the Capitol as you face it, but I'm not going to post personally identifiable stuff right now. Because you are actually not the first person on this site who leapt to the conclusion I had to have been rioting and wanted to try to "report" me to the FBI just for having been in the area, and I'm too lazy to bother stripping the exif info.

I saw a lesbian woman who made herself pretty obvious to all the people coming down Pennsylvania Ave with Trump's name on a rainbow flag. But there was one nut with a quasi-nazi flag too.

Guess which one the Washington Post put front and center on their front pages?

Someday people with start to think and question. It's a slow process.

More voter fraud crap straight out of the Kraken wheelhouse

I mean the Karen wheelhouse

50+ courts rejected all this Trumpist hearsay and speculation. Trump’s lawyers couldn’t prove it and neither can you.

Your guy lost, fair and square. Sit down and figure out why if you have any intention of winning again.
0 ups, 5y
If you were the kind who was intelligent enough to examine opposing arguments, you'd know they were procedurally predjudiced against valid evidentiary process.

Since that kind of thing apparently goes whoosh over your head, content yourself for now with imagining that everything you said there is actually true. Won't bother me any.

"Democrats" didn't incite those riots: This asshole cop did.
0 ups, 5y
Scapegoating and blameshifting. Four different Dem politicians were overtly calling for violence.

And violence came. What a coincidence.

Trump called for peaceful protest. 99.9+% of people agreed and did that. Which establishes no incitement - despite however much delusion and agitprop the MSM fabricates to the contrary.

Until you show yourself capable of grasping that, nuff said.

Bold of you to identify yourself as a MAGA rioter sir, even in an anonymous sense

Some of you didn't hear the multiple dog whistles in Trump's lie-drenched speech calling you to action (coincidentally timed and located on the very day in the very city that Congress was meeting to certify a supposedly "rigged" election), but many did

Boy howdy they did
2 ups, 5y,

Libtard "intelligence." Not a rioter. And again, neither were 99.95% of the people there.

And that's my point.

If one person at a Biden rally went on a rampage, that would be a HIGHER percentage of incitement.

"Dog whistles" are self delusion.

Rabid nature of 2A right wingers? You can't see this for the selective dishonesty it is?

I left my Glock home when I went, to comply with the law.

If 99% of everyone else did too, it STILL would never sink in with you.

If I characterized the ENTIRE Democratic party with the same dishonesty this moron employed, it would still be closer to the truth.

You're either willing to e honest and question your own dogmas fairly - as I did in walking away from a life in the Democratic party - or you're not.

Spontaneous outbursts of anger resulting from a discrete incident of police brutality. Not coordinated by a Democrat, or even by "BLM" as it is so often claimed by Righties.

The Jan. 6 riot though? Called and incited by one man: Trump, 100%.

Reform the police, end the abuses, and the anti-police riots will stop -- guaranteed.

What will it take to end MAGA violence?

Would disqualifying him from ever holding future office help?
0 ups, 5y
Did you know he and Floyd were both former coworkers? I bet you didn't. I just wouldn't consider anything a certainty in your shoes.

So a handful of dimwits, with the help of Antifa agents provocateurs and tear gas tossed behind everyone else they couldn't get through, with trivial damage, is a "coup", but the deliberate looting and torching of neighborhoods, with Dem politicians explicitly inciting them on, is inconsequential. Got it. Will try not to explain that one to you further.

I already refuted that incitement separately. You showed you didn't grasp what forensic refutation looks like. Also thus not really worth pursuing further. Thanks.

Did you stick around to the end of the speech?

Trump's plausible deniability, his usual ambiguity and incoherence in signing off shouldn't be counted as points in his favor

And he did not accompany the mob like he promised, but instead went back to the White House and watched it all unfold for 6 hours, ignoring the increasingly desperate pleas of aides, before lifting a finger

His Pentagon was also AWOL for a good chunk of that time, resisting the Maryland Governor's offer to send in the National Guard

For a long time was just a woefully outnumbered Capitol Police garrison separating all our elected congressmen/congresswomen and the VP himself from bloodthirsty MAGAts
2 ups, 5y
Sure did. the whole thing.

NONE of it said break the law.

And Soviet Pravda -- oops, I mean the Washington Post and the rest of the MSM liars always leave out anything he said about peaceful.

Can't fix willfully ignorant if it chooses not to think.
