The Great Wall, Hadrian’s Wall, every walled city in history. Protected it’s citizens and allowed them to prosper. Ancient China and Rome. What ultimately destroyed them? Mass waves of unchecked immigration due to neglecting the walls.
we could spend bazillions more dollars of our taxpayer money trying to copy China and it wouldn't make a difference. The majority of illegals here came through legal points of entry.. not over, under, or around the wall.
It isn’t about duplicating the great walk of China or Hadrian’s wall in Britain. It is a corollary of the purpose they served. Uncontrolled migration destroys the host. That’s a fact. It’s what leftists want, but not what most Americans want. Most want a sensible legal immigration policy like other countries in the world. Funny enough those countries aren’t called racist for wanting to control immigration unless they are western democracies.
Ah.. so when you were talking about the "neglected walls" which weren't working... you meant it figuratively... You don't necessarily want to emulate other country's walls, you want to emulate their immigration policy..
I want to control immigration like every other modern nation. Name the country that has open borders Canada? Nope. Mexico? Nope, China? Nope, Russia? Nope. Any you could name are likely struggling with it as it erases their culture.
Is anyone actually advocating for open borders in America? Also... you're interested in other modern country's policy when it comes to immigration but I'd almost bet $ you change your tune when it comes to healthcare.
What about healthcare? That’s one of the reasons they restrict immigration in Canada and the other western democracies, because they can’t pay for a bunch of outsiders without triaging their own people.
Your inability to understand how mass waves of migration have disrupted and destroyed societies exposes your ignorance of history and lack of common sense. I can’t help you with that.
