Being able to be impeached after office should be a thing. It should hopefully makes sure that Presidents refrains from doing anything impeachable said in his or her final days in office. Of course, we can see with Trump, that is not good enough, although, it is understandable since the sycophants in the Republican Party were willing to turn an eye for four years, so why should he feel any pressure to actual follow the law

Yes, I can say that, Mr. Baby, but that does not make it true. It has been investigated by Republican-led committees and they all concluded that Biden was just conducting official US policy and engaged in no wrongdoing. It this point all this is false allegations just used to smear a politician. Now, since you are a baby and this concept is probably above your comprehension, I will try to explain it so you understand: imagine two brothers: Robbie and Zoey. When they were kids Zoey accused Robbie of pooping in his pants. Mommy and Daddy looked, but there was no poop, but Zoey continued to say Robbie did it. Years later, whenever Zoey did something wrong, he would start talking about that pooping story so that Mommy and Daddy would think about that instead of what Zoey did. Zoey is very insecure and scared because he can’t take responsibility for the wrong things he does. Don’t be like Zoey when you get bigger

Another made up story, Mr. Baby? Even if this one was true, Trump is still guilty of inciting an insurrection and should be held accountable. All that you have put up as a defense it "Whataboutism" comments. My mother told me that two wrongs don't make a right, but since you are still a baby, maybe that concept is just too hard for you. The Republicans say they are strong on Law and Order and being accountable for your actions, but that seems to be just all talk.

I thiiiiiink the situation is somewhat more nuanced than that.

Now, were I to indulge my more retributive side then I'd say yes, let's go for it.

Why do people continue to believe Q, QAnon, whatever it is...when they (Q) get literally nothing right EVER?

That’s kind of a rhetorical question. It’s because they are idiots. I say “kind of” because some people are so stupid they think there may be a different answer and try to answer it. The same type of people that believe Q.

Yes, and go ahead and impeach HRC for Benghazi while you’re at it (even though you already had your bite at the apple and whiffed, because there was no there there)

We’ll return the favor with endless investigations of Trump for a riot right here on U.S. soil that he actually caused and actually issued the equivalent of a “stand down” order by watching it all unfold on TV at the White House for 6 hours while doing nothing.

“Lock her up” springs eternal — no doubt the “no u” faith will renew when Trump is behind bars!

Article II - U.S. Constitution

Section 4.

The President, Vice President and all Civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

https://constitution.findlaw.com/article2.html

Per the Constitution, any civil federal officer may be impeached for "treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors." This means representatives, cabinet members, and even Supreme Court justices may be impeached. The term "civil officer" has been interpreted to include all U.S. officers holding their appointments under the federal government, including executive and judicial officers, members of the House and Senate, and those in all levels of government.

The TLDR would have been sufficient (I have a Constitution bookmarked on my laptop, but I was too lazy to go looking for it), but I thank you for your effort!

Possibly. As Sec of State. https://constitution.congress.gov/browse/essay/artII_S4_1_2_1/

Well, I only wish. Sadly, it would be unconstitutional, and right now our side needs to be the law following one.
