fascism is far right, can communism is far left. Think about it logically. Everybody acknowledges that communism is far left. But republicans are saying fascism is also far left. That makes no sense. Communism is where everybody gets things equally. Nobody is better than anybody else. Fascism, on the other hand, is where one person has all the power. Hitler was a dictator, which is what a Fascist is.
But if you must go into if fascism is a leftists or a rightists ideology then you should take into consideration the fact that fascisms founder was in fact a leftist (Giovanni Gentil).
Calling facism a right-wing ideology doesn't make sense because facism at its core is the anithesis of conservative values (small government, freedom of the individual vs. extreme governmental control, no freedom of the individual). And when you actually compare facism and communism side by side, you would see that both ideologies are actually pretty similar except facism has a stronger emphasis on nationalism. Honestly, anarchism would make more sense as a far-right ideology, because that would be taking conservative beliefs of individual freedom to an extreme form.
I know it is confusing, it was for me, too. But fascism is far right, and communism is far left. Anarchism, however, is far far left. Do not even try to understand it, because you wont. I stopped a while ago
