An administration so incredibly USELESS in controlling the virus, that the us now has one of the highest case counts in the world? A president inciting a violent insurrection? A president abusing his power and instead of helping the people who voted for him, only benefiting him and his rich friends? And a presidency riddled with lies and corruption? So yes, being memable was his only quality as president, correction: as a human being.
