At no point did she suggest releasing rioters.

She was bailing out people who were arrested for arson, looting and assaulting police officers. Talk about aiding and abetting the ENEMY. When you contribute money to release prisoners you are essentially releasing criminals.

Arrested but not convicted. Criminals are convicted, and are regarded as innocent until proven guilty. Furthermore, it is unlikely anyone arrested with actual evidence of the charges you outlined (arson, looting, and assaulting police officers) can be denied bail if they were deemed a public threat. Ergo, anyone eligible for bail was not deemed a public threat.
