Your opinion is factually incorrect. Biden did nothing that the Presidential Transitional Act of 1963 didn't empower him to do. If you think he did do something wrong, get a Constitutional lawyer involved, but frankly y'all have demonstrated a profound lack of judgement on that front these last three months.
Y'all were so desperate to delay his claim to the presidency. I remember it. It was VERY recent! It was one thing after another. "Biden isn't allowed to claim he wins until the vote count finishes." "Oh, but states haven't certified." "Oh, but he should be waiting until SCOTUS has weighed in." "No, a president hasn't won until December 15th!" "Actually, January 6th is when we have a President Elect." "You know what? We don't know anything until January 21st!" And if in some crazy universe Biden had listened to you, THE PRESIDENTIAL TRANSITION ACT WOULD NEVER BE FULFILLED AT ALL!
And THAT'S what your complaint was all about and there's NO POINT in pretending otherwise! The Office of the President Elect is a NORMAL TITLE to use as soon as it becomes clear that he's going to be the next President. WHICH HE IS.
