Brainlet Wojak Dumb | JUST GET A JOB IN A GLOBAL PANDEMIC BRO!!!! | image tagged in brainlet wojak dumb | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
What global phenomenon could have POSSIBLY transpired between January 2020 and now that would have prevented many people from obtaining jobs, making the point in your meme extraordinarily, unfathomably, astonishingly f**king stupid?

Only because of the government. If we didn't have a big government, they couldn't have told us to close business and they'd still have a job. Also, was it cl9sed cause of laws, or burned to ashes because of the BLM Riots in the Summer?

Didn't you hear? Apparently, both sides are pretending to be eachother as reportedly ANTIFA assaulted the Capitol. So, I am pretty sure Proud Boys is responsible for the BLM Riots... Er, I mean Proud Boy Riots.

So they weren't peaceful in the Summer and it was Antifa?

Riots are riots, peaceful protests are peaceful protests. When considering both types of demonstrations, they were mostly peaceful protests. To be exact, 92% were. Proud Boys and MAGA culture did not attend those events. Nice try though.

I know they didn't. Your the one that said they did.

Ah, I see incorrect context. Intended communication was: Proud Boys is responsible for the riots, not the protests. Where there were proud boys, there were riots. Proud Boys were never at the peaceful protests.
Sorry for the confusion.
I have examples.

I'm sorry. I've known that there are people like your mom. I hope she is able to find a job soon. I really do. But I know Many people personally who were homeless, got a job, decided it was too much work, quit and now really on the government's support because it's easier. Also, what masters degree does she have?

she has a masters degree in medical practice

Also a degree does not mean anything. Your mom needs to adjust and change fields to something in demand and stop hiding behind a degrer.

Some people are just so deep down the "muh personal responsibility" rabbit hole that they'll distort any issue, now matter how inapplicable and systemic and blame it on the individual. I wish you and your mother the best.

The medical field got hit hard by the government enforced pandemic shutdown.

Elective surgery was not allowed for months (which accounts for a great deal of revenue) and primary care, along with other fields, had to decrease hours and the number of patients that were allowed to be seen (focussing on covid related appointments).

This resulted in people not getting the regular care they would've/should've gotten, but it also affected the medical employees with layoffs and severely reduced work hours.

Your mother has been out of work since April, so it sounds as though she may have gotten laid off. Or maybe if she worked for a private practice, the office may not have been able to financially survive the pandemic.

If the government forced shutdowns stop and all businesses can get back to normal, hopefully your mom will have better luck finding work. Take care.

Actually medical is high demand. One of the very few jobs I will recommend getting a degree for. Then must be the state you guys live at. My state is not lick down so people still have jobs and kids go to school as normal. Mind me asking the state you live at?

i live in minnesota, its not dependent on what state you live in.

Not all states have cities shut down... so, yes, if your city is not shut down people there can work as normal. Granted, your family should not have to move out of state to survive, but things are really mest up as ot is and they about to get worse.

Has she tried something other than medical jobs. What was her job before covid?
