Think of Tuck Everlasting. What would be the pros and cons of becoming younger or living forever?

How would it work. Would you stay one age as long as you take it or become younger from the more you take?

Hmmm. Interesting thought. Would you prefer one over the other?

I mean my answer will vary depending on which one.

Ok. You will stay the age you are when you drink it forever.

Drink it long enough to see if things get better on earth and see what changes and then stop drinking. Or sell it for millions of dollars and die a billionare

If you sat in it long enough you'd become your parents, then their parents so on so forth, eventually you'd go to the point where you're an amoeba, where would you go after that? Become the universe itself? Become the God(s) you praise?

Can you get to the point where there wasn't anything, but what was the thing before nothing?

Well no. Because life is too much suffering either way.

No, because then it would make me sad to see people I care about die while I'm immortal from drinking from the fountain of youth. It's not worth it.

Honestly I don't know. Pros would be I could experience all the world has and will offer. Cons, are id outlive all my friends. If I took it now, id be a teenager forever, and that would severely restrict me unless I can still count years. But if this fountain just gave me the power to live forever, I wouldn't be immortal and would still be able to die from an accident or something.
I dont know what I would do if I had the choice, id probably do it and regret it afterwards

Hmm, Yeah. Because staying hydrated for something to go somewhere or having fun or usually help people.

No, because eventually life will cease to exist and then earth will eventually be shattered and I would be floating around in space regretting everything

It depends. Ideally I would want to be 18 when doing that though. But it depends on how dark the future may be.

I am conflicted.... Death is permanent and irreversible. Living longer can be more fun, but I am worried about it too. I am not sure if eternal life is what I would like to aim for. Eventually it can be boring. And if only I stay young and others do not, it will also get lonely, as I know I will lose my friends whoever my friends will be. However if everybody drinks from the fountain it would be a total disaster...

Also what's the catch? Eternal youth is such a priceless gift that I know there will be one... The question is if that's worth it.
