I think most Republicans/conservatives condemn what happened yesterday. I heard both agreeing on that. I think accusing the president of sedition would be quite a stretch. Insurrection, Sedition, Coup...all great words people like to use for dramatic effect.  "insurrection" is the "act of revolting against civil authority or an established government." Yesterday was short lived. Can't say the same for other events this year. Others events was definitely revolt against civil authority.
