We would've, if he'd done a good job. Thing is, the Trump admin was a godawful trainwreck. We can pretend the Russia collusion never happened, we can even pretend Russia didn't hack voting machines and Cambridge Analytica didn't use FB to brainwash millions of people against Hillary. The fact remains that Trump has done a horrible job since day one.
He could've easily gotten everyone on his side if he just did his job and stopped being an a-hole but he couldn't even do that. You all have been making excuses for his ineptitude this whole time: he's a businessman, he's never done this before, he's still learning. When really he didn't care enough about the job itself to want to do read his briefs or learn to do a good job. And we've spent hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars on his golf trips, many of which were at his own hotels.
