Republican politicians know that they only have to be less corrupt for Republican voters to vote for them. That's why for decades they've just been on cruse control. They are in essence the lesser of 2 evils. because being evil pays better than doing good.
I have no more faith in the Republicans than I do the Demoncrats. That's why I'm an independent conservative. I gave up on the Republican party when they failed to support Donald Trump. They're almost as bad and almost as corrupt as the Demoncrats - almost.
They should be using that money to provide taxpayers with healthcare and basic income. If the government can give 140 billion dollars to Israel, then they can give us a 2,000 dollar stimulus.
