Could have had 1200 apiece if Pelosi wasn’t so worried Trump would win.

Could have had everyone stay home for 6 weeks /2 months - funded by a stimulus bill & Top Earners & Corporations donating small percentages of profits - or by moving money around with backed refund in a later bill.

But Washington - the financial elite & financial capable Corporations didn't step up then - & this latest bill shows Washington isn't stepping up now.

Someone in Washington though is - & MSM & the left demonized him for the last 5 years.
