Poor ignorant thesis... well, either ignorant because he thinks a manual recount of fraudulent ballots would reveal the fraud, or thinks we're just dumb enough to believe it would because he says so.
A recount doesn't prove anything, unless those who perpetrated the fraud would be dumb enough to remove the fraudulent ballots before the recount. Democrats are evil, not stupid.
In other words, in a recount, the fraudulent ballots would just be recounted. There's a huuuuuuge difference between a recount and a forensic audit, don't you know.
