No. This shit matters. Inattention to detail in matters of spelling, grammar, or easily disproven facts is the easiest way to lose credibility in front of any state or federal judge.
And yeah, in front of first-year legal writing professors too. These briefs would earn an F in any law school class.

I would echo these lawyers' assessment that while the typos are easily ridiculed, what she ought to be sanctioned, investigated by bar associations, and frankly disbarred for is the content of the suits.
tl;dr this woman is not bringing down the edifice of American democracy.
