State and local officials across the country tallied and reported their results just like they’ve done for election after election since our country’s founding.

When all the beans were counted, Biden won.

Burden of proof is on Giuliani & Co. to come up with convincing evidence of their claims — widespread, systemic fraud benefitting Democrats — and they’ve totally failed to do so. In court after court they’ve lost, including with Republican and even Trump-appointed judges.

They allege a conspiracy so vast that it would require the cooperation of hundreds of officials of both parties and would necessarily leave behind tons of evidence. It defies reason and they haven’t shown it.

Occam’s Razor says this is all just whining by a defeated President not generally known for taking bad news well, or at all.

But it’s whining that is ripping at the very foundation of trust in democracy in America, and that’s a bigger issue than one man or one election.

Other than the Presidency, Republicans did pretty well in this election, significantly outperforming polls, keeping state legislatures, adding seats in Congress, and likely holding the Senate. A curious result: Biden’s win didn’t really have coattails down-ballot.

That should have been the right-wing narrative out of this election, but Trump made it all about himself, of course.

The big thing that I use is that if the Dems had stolen the election, Mitch wouldn't have gotten re-elected.

A claim I've heard from your people is that "official sources" haven't called the election, the media has. Here's an explanation of how the AP calls the election results:
As the votes come in, the AP gets data as it becomes available. In the image attached, the data circled in red is verified info. The blue circled is not yet official but it is based off data provided. Now, back to the explanation: The AP calls the election in a state when it is not mathematically possible for one candidate to win. For example, if there are 500,000 more ballots to be counted in a state and a candidate is losing by 550,000 (for example), there are not enough votes for them to win. It is at this point the AP will call a state.

You are 100% true, there is changes all the time, georgia the other day after its 3rd recount turned to a toss up because they found alot of votes, so we will see there. and there are many cases in Pennsylvania that are expected to turn it, the ones you hear about are the ones that failed and the bad ones, the good ones that would swing cant be talked about outside of the court room for legal reasons. The AP is a very reliable source, and iIdont doubt it

The reason there is a delay is because there are alot of court cases going on and they dont want it to be called until they are done, no matter the importance.

So, the media calls the elections based on math from the reporting coming in from the various precincts. It's very very very rare for that to be wrong but it does happen.

However. Every state is done reporting in on the counts. They're finishing up, sweeping the floors and packing the votes into boxes. And not one state has said "oh, no, the press got it wrong."

Not. One.

And if you're like "hey, the vote hasn't been certified yet!" Sure. But that's a formal process where people who are responsible sign off on the counting having been completed.

The counting is actually done now. We'd know if it had been called wrong. Certifying is the formal end to the process.

But here's the biggest piece for me about voter fraud. The only person who is saying there was wide-spread voter fraud is Trump. His lawyers say it on camera. They also say that have oodles of evidence of wide spread voter fraud.

However.

When they get in court, under oath and in front of a judge, things change. When the judge asks them if they have evidence of fraud they all say no. They have no evidence of fraud. Rudy, Trump's lead lawyer himself, when asked directly by a judge "are you pleading a fraud case?" Rudy says "no, your honor, this is not a fraud case."

So, I don't "think" that Biden won. I KNOW Biden won. The counting is done. The people in charge of that say Biden won. The people who did the recount, they say Biden won. And when the lawyers get in front of a judge and say "we have no evidence of fraud" it all lines up.

very good points there. I will say now that in Michigan for example there are many cases of counties having more votes than registered voters, and many cases, one in NH, where after a recount there are more votes for trump than when the original vote was case through a machine. The point is, that some cases may have no evidence there are little bits of fraud here and there, but not big enough.

The thing about Michigan isn't true. The Trump team used voter records from Minnesota (MN) and compared them to vote totals from Michigan (MI).

Also, the New Hampshire votes being "found."

That happens in every election. It's usually not enough to over turn the election. It may have happened, but I don't remember ever hearing about one (and that seems like a story that would come up every election cycle like Truman/Dewey does).

The AP News did a look into vote recounts since the 2000. There's been 30+ of them. The recount changed the election 3 times.

In all 3 cases, the total that separated the two candidates was less than 300 votes.

I know its not that big, but it shows how the machines don't count votes right. in NH case that made it sus, is that when why hand recounted, there was the same biden votes, maybe 1-2 off, but 300-1000 trump vote difference.

I bet it's the one where they compared the vote counts of Michigan (MI) to the voter registration for Minnesota (MN) and claimed that was evidence of fraud.
