The 3rd Circuit court needs to be called into question. Bilbo is making decisions at the federal level that are a state matter. His involvement violates the 10 amendment. He should only be involved when the state has violated the Constitution and the state did that when the state supreme court changed the election laws in Pennsylvania. ONLY the state legislators can change laws.

Like Trump's 39th 3-0 loss from the 3 Federal Judges all nominated by Republican Presidents including the one who wrote the opinion and was appointed by Trump himself? It sounds like these judges are "owned" by Republicans as you phrase it, and yet their opinion was that the case had no merit.

Why are the federal courts even involved? Are the cases being filed in federal courts? They should be filed in individual state courts and in fact they are. The federal courts ONLY have involvement if the appeals process has moved all of the way up to the states supreme courts. There hasn't been time for any of that.

All it is is just liberal judges trying to cover up the biggest voter fraud scandal in American history.

It does not matter who appointed how. Bush Jr appointed Roberts and what a colossal disappointment he is. Trump appointed Brent Kavanaugh and he's been a disappointment also. I truly hope he made up for it with Amy Coney Barrett. She seems like a strict Constitutionalist which is exactly what we need after that national embarrassment Barrett replaced passed away. Darth Vader Ginsburg was appointed to the courts by Clinton to write law. That is NOT the right of the Supreme Court. They cannot write law because only those who write law are those elected to represent you and me. Justices are NOT elected by the people.

I have to tell you this because Democrats do not understand the Constitution, they do not understand this point and, really, they don't care. Screw the will of the people, screw the Constitution, as long as they get their way that is all that matters.

Justices have their own opinions. They do not represent a political party (unless a Democrat appoints them). Their job is to interpret the Constitution and nothing else (unless they are liberal justices, then they write laws).

Not sure what you mean about why were the federal courts involved, they were involved because it was a Federal Appeals court, and Trump lost again, and the since they judges were all Republican appointed, it's nonsense to claim that the judges were "owned" by Democrats.

The Will of the People is that Biden won and Trump lost, and it's very simple, Biden got more votes.

How did it have time to get to the federal appeals court? That is all I am asking. It had to go through all of the state level courts before it can go federal. Election law is determined by each state, therefore, any adjudication must be in the state.

The Will of the People may very well be that Biden won but the Will of the People is being subverted with fraudulent votes. Why are you guys so adamant about ignoring tons of evidence about voter fraud? Are you afraid that Biden might have actually lost this election? Are you afraid that without voter fraud no Democrat will ever win another election because you guys are not nearly as popular as you thought you were?

Doesn't it bother you that in some precincts there were more Biden votes than registered voters? Doesn't it bother you that for this and the two elections previous several people have been complaining that they saw their votes switch from Republican to Democrat as they were voting?
Doesn't it bother you that in both Wisconsin and Michigan at around 4:00am the morning after the election Biden mysteriously shot ahead of Trump by exactly the same number of new Biden votes?

I just saw another headline on USA Today about Trump's "baseless" claims. The press is lazy and they are for Biden. And the one thing they just do not want under any circumstance is for Trump to honestly win reelection.

It was the hero of the left, Saul Alinsky, that coined the Democrat mantra, "The ends justify the means". The Democrat party lives by that. The problem is that the Democrat party is NOT fighting the good fight. They are NOT the party of the working man. They are NOT the party of the poor and disenfranchised. If they were then they wouldn't not be devastating those people's lives every time a Democrat president and Democrat majority in Congress exists. Pushing people out of the work force to live on welfare does NOT help anyone. Under Obama more than 50% of the work force had to live on some type of government assistance. Within 6 months after Trump took office the unemployment rate plummeted. It had nothing to do with Obama's policies. It didn't even have that much to do with anything Trump did. It had to do with Hillary losing and American businesses feeling a huge sense of relief. They felt like they could invest in the future of their companies again. They begin to hire people at an accelerated rate.

Biden will bring back the doom and gloom of Obama and then some.
