It shouldn't even matter either way, tbh.
Needing to prove (for example) a ballot was fake before getting to check the ballots to see if any are fake is asinine

At least a partial audit to check for concerns should be built into the system, not a separate legal issue.

OP Supplemental:

In the interests of full disclosure, I hasten to add these items:

Mr. Magoo is not a real person, he just plays one on TV, kinda like Joe Biden appearing on the "Office of the President Elect Show" (featured on the mainstream media).

Mr. Magoo
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mr._Magoo

Mr. Magoo (known by his full name: J. Quincy Magoo) is a fictional cartoon character created at the UPA animation studio in 1949. Voiced by Jim Backus, Mr. Magoo is an elderly, wealthy, short-statured retiree who gets into a series of comical situations as a result of his extreme near-sightedness, compounded by his stubborn refusal to admit the problem. However, through uncanny streaks of luck, the situation always seems to work itself out for him, leaving him no worse than before.

The hits - and fraudulent Biden votes - keep on coming!

NY Times amends headline "No Evidence of Voter Fraud" to "No Evidence of Voter Fraud Where We Looked".

"There is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised."

No the same claim.

Fraudulent voting would be classified under the portion that says that they were "in any way compromised"

False, the reference is to the "voting system" not to voting in general. The statement is responding to a specific claim by Trump and others about the Dominion voting system, not to claims of fraudulent votes in general.
